This clone trooper served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars, specifically under Captain Howzer's squad.

History[]

The trooper was born in 32 BBY, cloned from the genetic template of Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett, on the water planet of Kamino.[1][2] He received basic training and eventually graduated, being deployed in the Grand Army of the Republic, specifically under the command of Captain Howzer in his squad. During the Clone Wars, the trooper was deployed to serve on the planet of Ryloth. Upon the war's end, the trooper remained on the planet, alongside Howzer's squad, now under the command of the newly organized Galactic Empire.

In 19 BBY, the trooper was present on Ryloth, working as a member of the Imperial Army, alongside Howzer and his squad, assisting General Cham Syndulla and Senator Orn Free Taa. The trooper was present during a political rivalry between Syndulla and Taa, which eventually came to a head, with Taa being critically injured, while Syndulla was arrested with the charge of attempted murder and treason, although it was Crosshair under Vice Admiral Rampart's orders.[3] Following a rescue attempt by Clone Force 99 of the Syndulla's, Howzer was willing to disobey orders about putting them back in prison. While Clone Force 99 and the Syndulla's escaped, Howzer exited through the main entrance, giving a speech to his men about the unlawful orders they had been given.[4] With his declaration, he ordered his brothers to stand down, which several troopers did. The rest, however, arrested Howzer and the ones who stood down as treasonous, including the trooper.[4]

In 18 BBY, Howzer, the trooper, and another trooper were being moved between Imperial facilities for reconditioning, likely on Tantiss. However, the ship they were being transported on was intercepted by ARC Corporal Echo, clone commando Gregor, Fireball, and Nemec, all members of a resistance network.[5] The trooper secured the left side of the door upon boarding, while his fellow trooper secured the right. Meanwhile, Howzer remained ready, in case of action. However, Fireball entered the cell, securing his brothers and arming them before escorting them to their nearby ship.[5]
