This clone trooper was served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. Although the trooper survived the war, the trooper became disgruntled with the newly established regime of the Galactic Empire. Eventually, the trooper made contact with former Captain Rex and joined his network.

History[]

The trooper was born in 32 BBY, cloned from the genetic template of Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett, on the water planet of Kamino.[1][2] The trooper received basic training and was eventually deployed with the Grand Army of the Republic to the First Battle of Geonosis. As the Clone Wars progressed, the trooper managed to survive throughout. However, in 19 BBY, following Order 66 and the reorganization of the Galactic Republic into the Galactic Empire, many clones felt disgruntled with their new regime. Following the Emperor's decree to phase out clone troopers from the Imperial Army, the trooper made the decision to desert, making contact with former Captain Rex and joining his network.[3][4]

In 18 BBY, the trooper was stationed at the former B'omarr Monastery that the network had refitted to be a makeshift base of operations. Upon Rex and a small group of the network returned from Pantora with a captured clone assassin, known as CX-1, the trooper was assigned to secure the perimeter, with Samson, one of the troopers who had returned, aiding him in that venture.[3] Due to information that Rex and the others had determined from their attempted interrogation, Rex had called Clone Force 99 to the base. Upon their arrival, the trooper and Samson greeted the squad alongside Rex and Howzer.[3] While the group discussed what to do with the assassin, unbeknownst to them, CX-2 had tracked CX-1 to the planet. In his stealth incursion, CX-2 planted explosives on the network's ships to begin the mayhem. When CX-2 had located CX-1 and discovered Omega's presence, CX-2 detonated the explosives, which resulted in the trooper and Samson being killed the force of the explosion.[3] When an Imperial detachment arrived, led by Commander Wolffe, they were ordered to bury the deceased troopers, in respect for their prior service.[5]

Armor and Equipment[]

The trooper was equipped with Phase II clone trooper armor lined with red markings. He was armed with a DC-15A blaster rifle and a DC-15S blaster carbine. In addition, the trooper wore a chest-piece that allowed him to carry additional ammunition.
