This unidentified clone trooper served in the 501st Legion during the Clone Wars. He was part of a battalion sent late in 21 BBY to capture the planet Umbara after it seceded from the Galactic Republic. He survived the first assault, but was killed during an Umbaran counterattack.[4]
History
In the latter months of 21 BBY, the planet of Umbara left the Galactic Repulic in favor of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. As a result, the Republic sent an invasion force to retake it. The 501st Legion, led by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker, was to destroy enemy reinforcements in the north, while the rest of the assault troops would attack the capital from the south.[4]
The 501st began their attack, and the troopers ran into battle. With All Terrain Recon Transports as calvary, the troopers stormed the Umbaran defenses and soon crushed them. After the Umbaran tanks were destroyed, the troops moved to a large ridge north-northwest of their position.[4]
This trooper is electrocuted.
Jedi General Skywalker used the ridge as a staging area and the 501st forces regrouped. As the clones waited and watched General Kenobi's battalion from the south, this trooper rested. However, the Umbaran militia soon began their attack from the rear of the 501st. Caught off guard, the clones began firing back immediately. As this trooper blasted at the enemies, a small millicreep droid crawled toward him. It electrocuted him, and he was the droid's last casualty before General Skywalker destroyed it seconds after.[4]
Armor and Equipment
This trooper wore Phase II armor with blue stripes, the color of the 501st Legion. He also had a regular helmet, but did not need to wear it to fight well.[4]
