Oake was a clone trooper medic who served in the Grand Army of the Republic. The trooper served until the end of the Clone Wars and when the clones were decommissioned.

History[]

Oake was born in 32 BBY, on the water planet of Kamino,[2] cloned from the genetic template of the infamous Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett.[1] The trooper received basic training and eventually graduated, being assigned to serve in the Grand Army of the Republic under the 1st Platoon.

Throughout the Clone Wars, Oake lost 14 of his own unit. Once the clones were decommissioned from the Grand Army,[3] Oake and the rest of his unit left to Saleucami to become mercenaries. The unit, eventually growing to a high stature in their field, was hired by the Veiled Sorority, to serve as their security.[4]

Oake and his unit would serve the Sorority until their advanced aging began to set in, with the troopers being born only 40 years prior, but having the age of 80. By 5 ABY, only Oake, his Sergeant Zeke, Rafe, Tojo, and Jayk remained alive.[4]

Personality and Traits[]

Oake was born in 32 BBY and had the same traits as the prime clone, which included a height of 1.83 meters, black hair, and brown eyes.[2][1] Eventually, however, his hair began to fall out and he began to shrink over time, no longer at his peak physical capacity.[4]

Armor and Equipment[]

Oake possessed both Phase I clone trooper armor and Phase II clone trooper armor, and likely also possessed Stormtrooper armor for a brief period of time. Upon his departure from the GAR, the trooper retrieved his Phase I armor as it seemed. He was equipped with a DC-15S blaster carbine or a DC-15A blaster rifle throughout the war.

Oake, due to his medical training, likely carried medicine, injectors, and other medical equipment in a backpack when he went into battle.

Appearances[]

  • Mask of the Pirate Queen
