Neyo, identified as CC-8826, was an clone marshal commander during the Clone Wars. He was one of the first clones ever to be sent out so he had a disturbingly cold personality. He served in the 91st Reconnaissance Corps under Jedi General Mace Windu and later under General Stass Allie, whom he later assassinated during the issuing of Order 66. Like most of the clone troopers, Neyo had inhibitor chip the order to execute the Jedi without hesitation or question.

Siege of SaleucamiEdit

Near the end of the Clone Wars, Commander Neyo and the 91st Reconnaissance Corps fought alongside Jedi General Stass Allie. He fought during the Siege of Saleucami, where six other Jedi and the units of Faie's Unit, 7th Sky Corps, Blue Squadron, Red Squadron and 327th Star Corps.[1][2]

When Order 66 was issued, it triggered his inhibitor chip and Neyo executed General Allie.

Armor and EquipmentEdit

Neyo no helmet

Neyo without his helmet

Neyo used a variant of Phase II armor which was modified for reconnaissance purposes. He had red markings on his armor and two straps from his waist to his shoulder. On his shoulder he had a small plate which was usually worn by Advanced Recon Commandos. On his armor he had 4 circular symbols which was of the 91st Reconnaissance Corps. He used a BARC speeder bike.

Personality and Traits Edit

Neyo, like all clones of Jango Fett, possessed black hair and brown eyes and had the height of 1.83 meters.[3] He had slicked back hair and tattoos below his left eye.[4] During training, Neyo's emotional state was stunted. However, once put through Alpha-17's ARC training program, he was given the opportunity to grow in his emotions and form his own personality. He adopted the name Neyo and grew close to Bacara. However, he never had emotions truly expressed; he became known as one of the coldest and unfeeling commanders in the whole program, adopting a taciturn, almost morbid personality.[2]

However, after the death of Commander Ponds, he became an iconic members of the 91st Mobile Reconnaissance Corps. Neyo was loyal to a fault to his peers and once Order 66 was initiated, he executed Jedi General Adi Gallia, alongside CT-3423, without a second's hesitation. He also developed a skill to ride and use a BARC speeder in combat.[5]
