Around 21 BBY, a group of six rookie troopers, along with Sergeant Coric and Captain Rex, joined together on an Acclamator-class assault ship called Leveler. While on it, they received a distress call from an Intel agent by the name of Hallena Devis. They traveled to the surface and extracted her successfully, but they lost two rookies by the name of Vere and Ince.
