Jet, born with the number CC-1993[1][2] and also nicknamed Warrior of the Red Sands,[1][2] was a clone trooper commander who served under Ki-Adi-Mundi during the Clone Wars. He was trained in handling heavy-weapons and led flame troopers[2] and special ops troopers on Geonosis.[5]
History[]
In 22 BBY[6], Republic forces were sent to recapture the planet Geonosis and destroy their factories. Jet spent hours with his Jedi General, Ki-Adi-Mundi, studying charts of the planet.[1] The Republic forces were to land at Point Rain, and dozens of gunships were sent out. Jet told Cody to get the AT-TE tanks down, and Cody complied. Jet's gunship was shot down, forcing his troops to travel on foot.[5]
While atop a moving AT-TE, Jet contacted Admiral Wullf Yularen, requesting air units for assistance. However, Yularen informed him that no bombers were available, and Jet's unit was left without air support. General Mundi decided to take his troopers through a shortcut, a cave, while the tanks would take the long way to Point Rain.[5]
While inside the cave, Jet's special operations troopers were attacked by Geonosians. After a small skirmish, they finally broke through with the help of three flame troopers. They rendezvoused with the 212th Attack Battalion and 501st Legion at Point Rain.[5]
The combined troops defeated the Separatists forces who were overwhelming the 212th, and they decided on a plan to disable a droid factory, which was equipped with a shield generator. Jet and his troops stayed in gunships, waiting for the shield to be shut down. Jedi General Anakin Skywalker led a small group through the shield, where they used droid poppers to disable the Geonosians' scanners and guns, allowing walkers to enter undetected. The walkers' fire destroyed the shield generator, and Jet's troops moved in and secured the factory.[5]
Armor and Equipment[]

Jet wore Phase I heat-resistant[1] special operations clone trooper armor, which was painted red, tan, brown, orange, yellow and maroon. He wore a pauldron, a heat-resistant[1] kama, and used DC-17 hand blasters as his main weapons.[5] His helmet contained experimental comms gear, which he used to communicate with other troopers.[7]
