Jet's unit or CC-1993's Unit was a group lead by Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi and Commander Jet.[1] The Unit was present at the Second Battle of Geonosis in 22 BBY.
History[]
A few troopers of this unit would serve with Jedi General Anakin Skywalker on a stealth mission under the command of Commander Blackout.[2][3]
The Unit was deployed on the Second Battle of Geonosis in the first assault of their attack alongside 501st Legion, 212th Attack Battalion, Red Squadron and the Republic Navy.[1] The Unit's gunships were shot down, as were the 501st and one of the 212th. After their ships were shot down, Jet and Mundi gathered the forces, including flame troopers, and began trekking towards the landing site.
While heading that way, Jet called in for air support but Admiral Wulff Yularen said they were unavailable at the time. The Unit decided to make due with the forces they possessed and take a gamble.[1] The Unit decided to enter a cave, which was a shortcut. As they entered, a trooper stated he heard wave-length frequencies ahead. As he said that a Geonosian came and grabbed another trooper. Better prepared for the next attack, another trooper shot several Geonosians off his fellow troopers, before one grabbed hold of him. The Geonosian would be cut down by Mundi immediately.[1]
The Unit would continue moving through the cave fighting off Geonosians.[1] When the Unit made it to the end of the cave, Mundi ordered the flame troopers to come to the front. Three troopers came forward and burned the Geonosians alive. The burning Geonosians were a signal to the 501st Legion who were close by.[1] After meeting up, the two groups met up with Kenobi and the survivors of the 212th. The three groups began to plan an assault on the shield generator. The 501st led the charge and disabled the shield. After the shields were down, the Unit, Mundi and Jet would arrive in LAAT/is to help finish off the remaining Geonosians.[1]
After the battle, several troopers were injured and were transported for medical help. A few remained on planet during a briefing for another attack given by Jedi Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano.[4]

Armor[]
Typically, the troopers in the Unit wore Special operations clone trooper armor with brown and yellow markings.[1][4] The flame troopers wore equipment similar to snowtrooper armor, but modified for the intense heat of their blasters instead of cold. They also had same color pattern as the other riflemen, save for a red triangle above their visor and solid brown markings, unlike the camouflaged armor of the infantry.[1]
