Derel, born CT-1249, was a clone trooper lieutenant that served within the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars.
History
Derel was born in 32 BBY on the planet Kamino.[1][2] During basic training, he was trained as a naval officer, as well as given command training, earning him the rank of Lieutenant.
During the war, Derel served on the Leveler, as a principal warfare officer, alongside Captain Gilad Pellaeon. The Captain noted that he wished all the posts on his bridge were by troopers such as Derel.[3]
Derel participated in the Battle of JanFathal aboard the Leveler, alongside Pellaeon. During the battle, they rescued Republic Spy Hallena Davis.[3] He most likely also participated during the battles of Merson and Gaftikar.[4][5][6]
