Deadeye was a clone trooper that served in the 44th Special Operations Division's subsidiary Devil Dogs within the Grand Army of the Republic. The trooper was under the command of Jedi General Plo Koon, Major Kendall Ozzel, Commander Wolffe and Captain Sharp.[3]

Deadeye was born in 32 BBY on the flooded planet of Kamino.[1][2] The trooper, after graduating from basic training, was assigned to serve in the 44th Special Operations Division, within the Grand Army of the Republic. In 22 BBY, when the Clone Wars initiated, the GAR was deployed, Deadeye was deployed as well.

Later in 22 BBY, Deadeye and the 44th Special Operations Division was deployed, along with their subsidiary Devil Dogs, to fight in the Battle of Khorm, under the commands of Commander Wolffe and Captain Sharp.[3] The Division managed to land, alongside Jedi Generals Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, and Tauht, before an atmospheric storm blocked the way for reinforcements.[3]

Deadeye and the Division captured an agrocite processing facility and received intelligence from Republic Admiral Wieler about Confederate forces moving through the storm, effortlessly. This lead to the discovery that the storm was artificially created, by a specific station that controlled the weather. Koon and Fisto took Deadeye and the Devil Dogs to destroy the station, which would allow Republic reinforcements to travel through the atmosphere. While stopping to bury the bodies of several dead locals, they were ambushed by Asajj Ventress.[3]

In the ambush, Ventress and commando droids slaughtered several troopers, including Deadeye, Sten, Blunt, and Jark. However, despite the deaths of the troopers, the Republic managed to win the battle.[4]

Armor and Equipment[]

Deadeye possessed Cold Assault Trooper Armor, as the mission was to Khorm, a desolate frozen wasteland. He also likely possessed either a DC-15S blaster carbine or a DC-15A blaster rifle, and likely understood the mechanics for both, as well as the DC-17 hand blaster.[1]
