An all clear was a signal indicating that a hazard was over or unfound. During the Clone Wars, they were often issued after an empty area sweep. They could also be used to recommend against additional reinforcements.

The all clear signal was issued by the station on the Rishi Moon after it was captured by commando droids, as a way to deter Republic notice.
An all clear signal was issued by Gorgol the Handy's patrol squads during the Siege of the Tambor Deep Space Centre, following the Republic forces surrendered. However, patrol squads failed to detect hidden troops, and Gorgol was captured.
