32nd Air Combat Wing was a clone trooper aerial wing of the Grand Army of the Republic's aerial assault division.
History[]
The 32nd Air Combat Wing was a unit that was created for the Grand Army of the Republic and was deployed during the Clone Wars. The 32nd Air Combat Wing was under the control of Commander Salvo. The unit was based on the Victory I-class Star Destroyer, Gallant.[1]
The wing was deployed at some point during the Clone Wars to the Battle of Paarin Minor.[1] In 19 BBY, the wing was deployed to the Battle of Murkhana, alongside the 22nd Air Combat Wing and the commando unit of Ion Team. The battle ended up in a Republic victory, but following the victory, Order 66 was initiated.[1]
